FAQs

Why do I need to complete My LINC training of BLS204w or BLS209w if I’m not the person packaging and preparing the shipment to go out?

Although M-Ship will prepare the package for shipment, you are considered the shipper of record and are responsible for answering any questions related to the contents. Ultimately, each shipper is responsible for correctly classifying the materials he or she intends to ship and must complete the training. The training provides information for the proper classification of materials that will be shipped and will ensure that the M-Ship staff have the appropriate information to properly package your materials.
